How to Add a Virtual Medical Assistant

Log in to as a provider.

Go to Settings under your account.

Navigate to "Manage VMA's"

You may add or delete VMA's here as well as force a reset of their password.

Add your VMA's info. You will be assigned a VMA when you register as a new provider.

Once added, you will see your list of VMA's here. They will also get a notification.

You may add or remove your VMA to any chat.

Search by name or email to add your VMA to the group chat.

Group chat allows for better coordination of care and team communication. You may also remove a member from the chat if desired.
