How to Set-up Provider Payouts / Stripe Accou
When you first register as a provider with CirrusMED, you will be asked to set up your payment account with our partner, Stripe. Choose your type of entity.
Choose the type of entity that best fits your situation. Individual (i.e. Charlie Brown), or corporation (i.e. Charlie Brown MD, Inc.). Consult a CPA if unsure.
Enter the 2-step verification code, sent via text message.
Once everything is verified you will be able to receive payments directly from the platform.
To edit your Stripe account go to Settings - Balance. Click on "Stripe Account" to edit your payment account as needed.
Under "Stripe Account" you will be able to edit your receiving bank account information. Payouts are sent to this account 30 days after patient payment is made.
You may edit your business details or payout details under the account tab.
Your patient's transactions are listed under "Payment History".
Your may "Request a payout" from the "Available balance" at any time. Funds from patient transactions are held for 30 days. After 30 days, they are available.
