At the time of your appointment click on the "Video Chat" button to begin your consultation. The video chat room opens 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.
Make sure you enable audio and video from your browser settings. If you have technical issues, REFRESH the browser, DO NOT close the window or hang up.
The video chat takes place on the website, CirrusMED.com and works in any browser. The virtual waiting room closes 15 minutes after the appointment time.
You may toggle the microphone and/or video on/off as desired. You may also switch cameras if needed.
You may message your doctor during the chat.
Video chat works well on most phones. Just log into cirrusmed.com and enter the video chat at the time of your appointment.
On mobile devices, the chat will display over the video. To return to the video, click on the back arrow at the top of the chat.
At the end of the visit, you may end the call by clicking the red hang-up button. Following each consultation, you will have the option to leave a review.
