From the HOME page, click on the "Book Appointment" button next to the doctor you would like to book an appointment with.
Select an available time slot and click next. Note that our system will not allow an appointment to be booked sooner than 3 hours from the time of booking.
Fill out the intake form, which may include self-reported vital signs and/or pre-visit questions.
Your provider may request some clinical history on the intake form. The more information you provide, the better. Hit the submit button to complete the booking.
Your provider will be notified of your appointment request and either accept, reschedule, or decline the request. You will be notified either way.
You may see the requested appointment on your home page under Encounters.
Once the appointment is confirmed, the status will change to "upcoming".
You will receive an email and/or text message notification confirming your appointment.
Here is an example of an email notification with video chat instructions. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see this email.
Here is an example of a text message notification. To receive text message notifications, edit your notification preferences in your account settings.
You will also see a notification on your home page once your provider has accepted the appointment.
At the time of your appointment click on the "Video Chat" button to begin your consultation. The video chat room opens 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.
Make sure you enable audio and video from your browser settings. If you have technical issues, REFRESH the browser, DO NOT close the window or hang up.
You may toggle the microphone and/or video on/off as desired. You may also switch cameras if needed.
You may message your doctor during the chat.
On mobile devices, the chat will display over the video. To return to the video, click on the back arrow at the top of the chat.
